Joj Farm is open for recruitment for those who are passionate about working in agriculture for the position of General Farm Worker in Italy. We are looking for committed and motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of our farm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Crop cleaning
- Harvest vegetables by hand
- Clean work area
- Sorting and packing fruits and vegetables
- Loading, unloading and transporting boxes, supplies, agricultural products,
- livestock and poultry
- Cultivation, cultivation and irrigation of crops
- Inspecting products to ensure their quality and readiness for the market
Minimum Qualifications:
- There is no degree, certificate or diploma
- Minimum 7 months experience
- Ability to work outdoors and withstand varying weather conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to handle pressure and work with a team spirit.
- Commitment to health and safety principles at work.
